That’s why we’ve created this Experience Agreement, a loving guide to help set expectations, clarify logistics, and protect both you and us along the way. We believe transparency is a key part of self-care, and honoring these shared agreements helps ensure every guest gets the magic they deserve.

Experience Agreement
Effective Date: April 13, 2025
We know, sometimes life shifts, plans change, and new paths unfold. At Nomea, we truly understand the ebb and flow of timing and transformation. That’s why we’ve created a cancellation policy that holds space for life’s unexpected turns while also protecting the love, energy, and sacred preparation poured into every retreat.
Because each spot is intentionally reserved and held just for you, we do not offer refunds. Your reservation represents more than just a booking, it’s part of the intimate, energetic container we’re creating together.
That said, if life happens and you find yourself needing to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. If we’re able to fill your spot or make adjustments on our end, we’ll do our best to work with you. Your payment can also be transferred to another Nomea retreat within 6 to 12 months of your original retreat date, pending availability.
We recommend considering travel insurance to help protect your plans in the event of the truly unexpected , a little peace of mind goes a long way.
