There is no upper age limit. We believe in ageless beauty, and that women at every stage of life bring something valuable to the group. Whether you're 22 or 72, you're welcome here.
We encourage women from all backgrounds and age groups to attend. Our goal is to create a safe, open-minded, and kind community where we can learn from one another, celebrate our differences, and most importantly—have fun.

Yes! Nomea is all about freedom and flexibility. While we thoughtfully design our retreats to include daily wellness practices and optional beauty experiences, your time is your own.
You can:
 • Attend only the yoga and meditation sessions
 • Focus on skincare treatments and cosmetic procedures
 • Join every activity… or sleep in, explore, and do your thing
We simply ask that guests are respectful of the group, show up on time for any scheduled events they opt into, and communicate if they plan to skip an activity.
Any activities or treatments outside the provided itinerary will be at your own expense.
At Nomea, we want you to feel rested, empowered, and totally in control of your retreat experience. This is your time to reconnect with yourself—whatever that looks like.
