At Nomea, we offer a holistic approach to well-being by weaving together yoga, sound healing, and meditation as core parts of each retreat. These practices are thoughtfully included in your experience, supporting both body and spirit from the moment you arrive.

Yoga is a physical and spiritual practice that strengthens the body, improves flexibility, and encourages deep, mindful breathing. Through intentional movement and postures, it helps release tension and foster a deeper connection between the mind and body.

Sound healing works on a vibrational level, using instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes to produce frequencies that promote relaxation, balance energy, and encourage emotional release. The resonating sounds help guide the body into a meditative state, allowing for deep restoration.

Meditation is the practice of stilling the mind, cultivating presence, and creating space for self-awareness. Through guided or silent techniques, meditation helps reduce stress, enhance mental clarity, and foster a deeper sense of inner peace.
