Terms & Conditions

By booking a retreat with Nomea, you agree to the following terms. These are here to make sure everyone, including you, has a magical, worry-free experience.

 

Participation & Personal Responsibility

• All retreat activities are optional and taken at your own discretion and risk.

• You are responsible for your personal safety and health during your stay.

• Nomea and its team are not liable for any physical injuries, illness, emotional distress, or loss of personal belongings.

 

Travel & Insurance

• Guests must arrange and cover their own flights, insurance, and travel documents.

• Travel insurance is required. It must include coverage for cancellations, health emergencies, and trip interruptions. Proof of insurance may be requested prior to retreat participation.

 

Health & Wellness Disclosures

• You confirm that you’re physically and mentally fit to join the retreat or will communicate any concerns in advance.

• Nomea reserves the right to limit your participation in activities if we feel it may pose a risk to your well-being

 

Medical & Beauty Treatments

• Nomea Escapes does not provide medical or beauty treatments.

• Any elective procedures arranged through third-party providers (including clinics, spas, or wellness practitioners) are solely between you and the provider.

• Nomea is not responsible for the outcome, risks, or provider policies.

• You are responsible for consulting your own licensed physician regarding your suitability for any treatments.

Payments & Refunds

• A non-refundable deposit (amount to be determined at the time of retreat listing) is required to reserve your spot.

• Full payment is due 60 days before the retreat start date.

• Payments are non-refundable, but if something comes up and you contact us at least 60 days prior, we’re happy to offer a one-time transfer of your full payment to another retreat within 6–12 months.

• Retreat credits are non-transferable to another person unless agreed upon in writing.

 

Media & Content Use

• We may capture photos and videos during the retreat to share the beauty of Nomea with others.

• By attending, you grant us permission to use your image unless you let us know in writing ahead of time.

 

Third-Party Services

• Nomea collaborates with amazing third-party partners (beauty clinics, spa providers, chefs, etc.) to deliver our unique experience.

• While we vet all providers carefully, Nomea is not responsible for their actions or policies.

 

Force Majeure

• Nomea cannot be held liable for changes or cancellations due to events beyond our control (like natural disasters, illness, political unrest, or travel bans).

• In these cases, we’ll work with you in good faith to provide a future retreat credit.

 

Cancellation Policy

We get it,  life happens.

If something changes and you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to working with you whenever we can.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• If you cancel more than 60 days before the retreat, we will transfer your full payment to another retreat within the next 6–12 months.

• Cancellations made within 60 days of the retreat will not be eligible for a credit unless otherwise stated.

• You may not transfer your booking to someone else without written approval.

We’re here to help and always aim to find a gentle, fair solution that aligns with your needs and our policy.

Liability Waiver

By booking this retreat, you voluntarily release and hold harmless Nomea Escapes, its owners, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from participation in the retreat, except where prohibited by law.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Wyoming.

 

Privacy Policy

We care deeply about your privacy and your trust.

What We Collect:

When you sign up for a retreat, contact us, or browse our website, we may collect basic personal information like your name, email, phone number, and preferences, all for the purpose of making your experience better.

 

How We Use It

• To confirm your retreat registration and communicate important updates

• To personalize your experience

• To improve our offerings and services

We will never sell, rent, or share your information with third parties except when necessary to fulfill a service (such as booking a massage or spa visit) or when required by law.

 

You’re in Control

You can request to view, edit, or delete your information at any time by contacting us at info@nomeaescapes.com.

 

Severability & Updates

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Nomea reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions. The version in effect at the time of booking shall apply to your retreat.
